Amazon acts againts their own polices
Hello Amazon partner support.
We do have A2Z claim to order 402-1562935-4333107.
The customer had the product for more than a month, then decided to file a complaint that the product did not work. We have not seen any photo or description of what is wrong with the product. The customer does not receive messages. However, Amazon immediately refunded the customer
We are happy to settle the complaint with the customer and resolve what is wrong with the product, but this is theft.
