Delayed Shipments to FC IND9 and FWA4
Hey everyone,
I’m hoping to get some insights from those who might have faced a similar issue. I’ve sent a couple of shipments to the Amazon FC IND9 back in May, and I still haven’t received any updates on their delivered. Additionally, I have shipments going to FWA4 that are also experiencing delays. It’s been quite frustrating!
Has anyone else experienced delays like this? If so, what steps did you take to resolve the situation? I’m considering reaching out to Seller Support, but I’m curious if there are any tips or common pitfalls to be aware of.
Thanks in advance for any advice you can share!

As a buyer, I have never gone to "handmade" to look for a product, but a product stating "hand made" on the regular site may get more sales. I would not put it under handmade.

What does it say in the "Shipment" under "Track shipment"? I fear it was NEVER delivered!

Does it say that the shipment was delivered to the warehouse?

We shipped four pallets to RDU4 on September 4th, and they are still at the carrier's destination terminal, awaiting approval for the delivery appointment from RDU4 FC. Unfortunately, our experience with the last two LTL shipments to RDU4 has been frustrating, and we have started switching the FBM on some items instead of being out of stock.

Hi! I have the same issue, shipment but to FTW 3 and RDU4, they have been there since May and been updating the Amazon support team, unfortunately more than likely in my case the shipment were lost at these warehouse, I am still going back and for with Amazon to reconciliate the issues but its very tedious and to be honest they make it impossible, I hope your shipments is processing soon but if is taking this long, open a case and make sure to have all evidence of proof of purchase, proof of shipping, photos of items, invoices, etc.. unfortunately they will start to treat this case as yuo never shipped and first you have to do is to proof that, after then you need to go ensure provide every single document they request, if not they will dismiss the case, which I reopen several times, I am still working on it! it frustraded...

Hi @Seller_MgmBhzMKJKNcN,
Thank you for reaching out on the Seller Forums and for your patience here! I'm just coming across this thread and wanted to check in with you, has there been any updates to your shipments since posting?
If this situation is still ongoing, have you received a reconciliation date for any of your shipments yet? Once that date arrives, you will then be able to request an investigation. You can find more information on this process in this help page. I would also encourage you to read through this post about what to do if your FBA shipment is lost or delayed.
If this is not resolved after your shipments are investigated, please send me your shipment IDs and case IDs, that way I can take a further look and better determine the best path forward!
Thanks again,
Jameson
