Why is one of my competitors getting a $0.3 referral fee and I'm getting $4.5?

Hi there.

I have come across something I don't understand as I'm fairly new and wanted to get some help from you more experienced people out there. I plan on selling my product on Amazon but don't understand why one of my competitors is getting charged $0.3 referral fee and I'm getting charged $4.5. We're also selling on the same category

Thanks!

I have no experience with this, but looking at your screenshot, the price in the calculator for your competitor is $0.00, so I'm guessing that the 30 cents is a minimum price (note that it says "Flat Fee"); while your item shows a price of $26.99, so the fee is calculated on the price (17%).
