I was reviewing your account and found that in the home page of your seller central you should see and additional banner that says: “Additional information required for verifying your selling on Amazon account”, once you see the yellow banner please proceed to click “Provide the required information” or click here.
Provide the verification information that is missing, and the team in charge will begin the process of reactivation. If you face any error or problem following this process, please let me know.

When I click on the red reactivate button, I don't see a way to contact and appeal.
