Remove Brand from Brand registry

After repeated attempts to deal with the age old problem of brand theft on amazon we have decided to quit Amazon to protect our Brand. We have ended all 1600 listing and we have no current piggy backers on any of our listings. I am registered in amazons brand registry (which is fairly pointless) and want my brand removing from the registry. Its 60 days before we can now close our account in line with the 90 day A-Z. Amazon are being, unsurprisingly, uncommunicative about this. Anyone know a way of removing our brand so we can dump Amazon for good.
