Bulk updating a single attribute for entire inventory
Hello guys,
I exported a Custom inventory file with only sku,asin(obligatory fields),item name and tax class.
I have now made relevant changes to all tax classes and want to reimport this information without it affecting any other element of the listings.
Any idea how I would do this?
Any help appreciated, I’m slightly apprehensive about buggering it up in the middle of December sales!

It won’t overwrite or change anything that you haven’t set.
If you want to test, erase all but one ASIN in a duplicate file and make sure it works as you expected.

Good idea peter thank you. I know where to download the custom inventory file, but unsure where to go to upload it? I’ve messaged seller support but I literally dont think they even understand what I’m asking :-/

Worth saying that there’s a column you need to put ‘PartialUpdate’ into, so it only updates the columns you’ve put values into (‘Update’ updates everything on the product)

I got it working in the end. The trial and erroring one product was a much better idea than pressing a button and hoping it didn’t delete our whole inventory mid peak season
