Read onlyLogged a couple of issues by email. One of them automatically closed without resolution so I thought I'd use the Chat / Phone methods. Previously, maybe a couple of months prior, this worked well. Now all I get is

No support agents are available right now. Please try again later.
Have Amazon pulled the plug on this method of support, if so, how do we escalate when email support isn't working as it should?
The post just below yours is saying the exact same thing. Maybe a glitch or something. As far as i know nothing has changed ??! - but support is notoriously bad, and calls often end with the call being ended abruptly !
