I created a removal order last November and the items was not sent back after 2 months, I spoke to chat and they told me they could do nothing as it was pending, but I could cancel and try again, I did that in January and we are now in April and it still says pending, I have created a removal order before and it was sent back within 2 weeks, I now feel the items have been lost but I cannot get any answers from Amazon, can anyone offer any advice? is this normal or is this way too long to have items sent back, I am about £500 out of pocket currently due to this

We have a removal order which has been processing for over 8 months. This processing time is extremely long and when we've created cases to seller support and they give us the same generic responses that they cannot expedite the process and to remain patient. Whats more, we've down to 27 units and we've located the exact ware house where these units are located and forwarded that information to seller support and they've done nothing with it. We have tried to cancel it without any success. We need to complete the removal process to reinstate this ASIN as these units were recalled.

My removal order: 2405081IKM is still pending and there is no update on the remaining units. I have tried customer support multiple times but it is just like they read the same sentence that is written to them that " we can't do anything, this process can not be expedited as your units are labeled as 'Being Picked' status"

I would really need some help regarding this as being new seller it is accumulating me huge loss. Thanks.
