My best seller, which I advertise, became 'not approved' recently (2 years after starting advertising campaigns).
Turns out to have been as a result of HFSS. This setting 'healthy' should really be 'not in scope'. I cannot change it. SS have said they will, but they haven't. I have updated the nutritional info and HFSS score, which is zero.
Anyway, following advice from SS, the 'ad specialist' has told me that the campaigns in question is now compliant.
Any idea how long re-approval will take?
As is often the case with Amazon, it's a total waste of time dealing with this sort of shh it. It's quite clear that the product isn't in scope of HFSS. And we went through the shambles two years ago when amazon listed everything as Not Healthy.
@Seller_TSXM2A5nxWSuH do you have any knowledge of this?
It would be really helpful if amazon didn't mess about with things which don't need messing about with. I could actually concentrate on my business. Not enslaved to some effing algorithm written by a gormless geek stuck in a basement somewhere and not having seen daylight since leaving university.
