I am new to the Amazon Seller Central platform. I have been an Amazon Seller for a month. I am trying to sell my products in the Gourmet and Food categories. I am aware that it requires the approval of the Amazon Seller's internal team. So far, I have submitted at least 15 applications to sell four products. However, my selling application was initially rejected numerous times by the Amazon Team without any specific explanation. After attempting so many times, I have finally been successful in getting three products approved. However, I am unable to list the approved products on Amazon. When I click on List Product, I am taken to the screen where I can add a product. I then add the product using the product ID, which brings me to a similar item in the catalogue, and when I select the item, it again asks me to "apply to sell". When I click on "Apply to sell", I am taken to the "Request for approval" screen. The request for approval screen takes me back to the list of selling applications page where the selling application appears already approved. This cycle continues to repeat. I have gone through the same process again and again, but have not yet been able to list my first product. There is no error message here either. There appears to be a problem with the Amazon system. I have just spoken with a member of the customer service team. I was advised to raise this issue with the sales team and ask them to give me permission to sell the approved product. My question is, why do I need permission to sell the approved product? I am receiving the standard response from the customer care executive. I am instructed to submit screenshots. Despite providing screenshots of the entire error sequence to Amazon team, they have not been unable to provide a resolution. Many times over the past few days, my call to customer service has been disconnected. It appears that the Amazon team does not have an answer to my question. Is there anyone who can assist me?
