Frustrated!!! Inventory lost at the warehouse, Amazon won`t refund me
Hello Friends,
I sent a shipment to the Amazon Fulfillment Centre and inventory log shows it was received. But later it got lost between warehouse. I contacted them million times through email, chat, phone, everything. However, they just don't want to refund me.
I have sent them the purchase invoice, snip of this Amazon inventory log, everything. They just keep saying that they have counted more than once and they couldn't find it. -- And then? -- And then NOTHING!
Seller support just copies and pastes replies back, like brainless machines, apologizes but won't refund me. What should I do? I'm frustrated and what annoys me it is actually a robbery. Lost (I can suspect their employee in warehouse stole it?) your merchandize and Amazon doesn't want to take any responsibility. Amazon's attitude is so obvious. They know the fact they lost my shipment, but they just don't want to do anything about it. I can't believe it.

How long has it been? It's usually 45+ days after acknowledgement (for us) that we get reimbursed with product or dollars.
