Buyer provided wrong address, how to ship to correct one

The buyer provided an incorrect city and zip code, but the correct street address so the item was returned to us by USPS. We had purchased shipping via Amazon. Buyer has requested that we ship to the correct address. Is there any mechanism within the Amazon system to do this, or do we just have to purchase shipping and incur the cost?

They need to reorder. I would refund the item price, but not the original shipping cost since it was their mistake.

It is called a SCAM. You ship it to their "NEW" address and THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE IT. When Amazon looks at the "official" tracking info, no they didn't receive it

Refund the order. Let the customer reorder. Cost of doing business on this crappy platform.

Refund the merchandise but not the shipping. But do it soon. If you wait they can file an a to z and they will be refunded 100%.
