Postal Issues

Hi all,

I sell on many platforms and get my post picked up daily by Royal Mail. I buy postage from my Amazon orders through Amazon. I have only just noticed that my click and drop have also been charging me for the Amazon orders!
Surely the amount that click and drop adds up to for the week should be the amount that I’m charged? Really not sure whats happening but costing over £200 a week more than the click and drop tallys up to.

Anyone else had any issues?

Royal mail are no help whatsoever!

Do you buy CRL RM24 , 48 or Tracked 24 , 48 postage from amazon?

If so, that’s correct, you pay RM for these and not amazon

Yeah it says RM is linked so is it all correct? Click and drop doesnt add up because of this?
