Lost A-Z Claim
We lost a claim when we had proof from UPS that the item delivered to the customers house and sent two different proof of deliveries....why is this a seller funded refund?

1) Did you buy your shipping from Amazon?
2) If so, did you ship with first scan on time?
3) If you did not buy your shipping from Amazon, did you have signature delivery?

You may be new to selling on Amazon as your question is commonly asked by new sellers who do not understand the terms of service for selling on Amazon.
Yes, UPS tracking may show the item delivered, however, that does not mean that Amazon will cover your loss. Packages, among other possibilities, may be stolen, lost, or delivered to the wrong address. These are all possibilities for an item not received claim. As @Seller_0xdtD36hDLHBCsaid, you can buy shipping through Amazon and take advantage of the benefits outlined on the help page I linked below.

If you did not buy through Amazon AND ship on time, then you must have signature confirmation.
