Finally victory at Amazon with false rights owner, does he get any penalty for this?
I sold hit product for one week at Amazon, available for retailers to buy in EU in legitimate companies
Fraudulent "rights owner" opened ridicoulous complaint that I sell counterfeit of his product
because it's private label and he doesn't resell it to other sellers....really crazy effort from him,
COMPLAINT REASON -COUNTERFEIT WITHOUT TEST BUY
I've have never seen such player here for 9 years
I provided invoices and permissions and asin is safe
but
does this fraud get any penalty for this action?
I am not interested in nonsense warnings that my account is in danger for such nonsenses

Regarding potential sanctions against the other party for this false claim, it is difficult to have complete visibility into how Amazon handles these cases.
The most important thing is that your account is now secure and you can continue your selling activity of this ASIN.

Asin is reinstated but customer also wrote NEGATIVE FEEDBACK which is not cancelled

Sea original o no (he usado el original y no es el mismo) el producto quema al aplicarlo. Ruego la devolución inmediata del dinero contra entrega del producto. De no ser así acudiré a la Policía para que analice el producto y realice las investigaciones pertinentes (no creo que Amazon haya testado el producto como lo podrá investigar la Policía por si supone un riesgo para la salud de los consumidores). Ruego una pronta respuesta, pues en caso contrario no me quedará más opción que acudir a las autoridades.
