I sold hit product for one week at Amazon, available for retailers to buy in EU in legitimate companies
Fraudulent "rights owner" opened ridicoulous complaint that I sell counterfeit of his product
because it's private label and he doesn't resell it to other sellers....really crazy effort from him,
COMPLAINT REASON -COUNTERFEIT WITHOUT TEST BUY
I've have never seen such player here for 9 years
I provided invoices and permissions and asin is safe
but
does this fraud get any penalty for this action?
I am not interested in nonsense warnings that my account is in danger for such nonsenses

It is very unfortunate that you had to face such a situation with an abusive counterfeit complaint. As you mentioned, you provided proof of legitimate purchase which allowed you to resolve the dispute in your favor.
Regarding potential sanctions against the other party for this false claim, it is difficult to have complete visibility into how Amazon handles these cases.
The most important thing is that your account is now secure and you can continue your selling activity of this ASIN.

I got issue which ruins me at Amazon
After Avalara left I was forced to choose Taxually tax agency.Experience with them is terrible
Issues
1)after one month of sending documents they did Vat november filling for me,filling is probably wrong, doesn't contain vat transactions report necessary for me-vat oss scheme,impossible to download excel file
2)they didn't make october vat filling as they should because I submitted for Taxually in october
3)nobody answer calls,answer mails,only automatic nonsense
4) I got warnings from tax authorities -France,Spain that I can get penalties
5)Amazon seller support 0 help,Taxually contact impossible at all
please give any advice because I fight this nonsense for weeks

after succesful defence in november ( abusive counterfeit complaint by false right owner)
I got nonsense product authenticity complaint by unfair buyer who wants to eliminate me
ASIN: B09LDFFFP6 - Amazon IT,URL impossible to attach
asin now blocked, appeal in progress, I attached official letter from my distributor,few invoices from the last months from my distributor, approval from Amazon to sell this asin,Amazon transactions with this asin from last months
I report abusive seller in violation section - probably without any result
If Amazon will not clear the situation in my favour what is the adress.mail where I can send letter from my lawyer?

Asin is reinstated but customer also wrote NEGATIVE FEEDBACK which is not cancelled
