My UK and EU Seller account was terminated in Dec 22, Performed several calls, cases and verification and in May 23 finally received an email saying a lift on funds has been made. Despite of that, its still 10 months have passed, i am not paid yet. All cases are directly closed quoting my seller account is deactivated. Please help
Contact the MD managingdirector@amazon.co.uk and tell him that withholding funds for this length of time is theft.
For anyone else reading this, only close your account when your balance is zero. But with the account level reserve, put the account on holiday mode first and downgrade to the individual plan ( if applicable) . Then wait till the remaining funds have disbursed then close the account. :)
Hello @Seller_sf6PmFNuSiFeE,
Can you please provide the last message Amazon sent to you regarding this issue?
Cheers, Ezra
Hello @Seller_sf6PmFNuSiFeE,
I am Mary here to assist you.
From your post we understand that you need help with the funds.
Basically when the account is being deactivated the funds are being on hold until the Seller provides with the required documents and later once the account gets reactivated the funds will be released accordingly.
Having said that if your account is not re activated within the tenure of 90 days & the 90 days have passed. With regards to your query if your funds are not released after 90 days and any other funds/payment queries, please write to: disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk
Alternatively, you can also check the how the disbursement schedule works here.
You can check your payments summary by downloading the report to see if there were any disbursements. Check our help page for instructions.
Also visit this help page to see why a disbursement may fail.
If you have any further queries please let us know. The community and I are here to assist you.
Regards,
Mary
