My Account is also professional with healthy metrics. Upon contacting amazon I got this reply. I saw new sellers doing FBM and have buy box available but considering these conditions still I dont have the buy box .Also my question is that if I do FBA instead of FBM will i be eligible.

Anyone figure this out? I am getting the same run around on the featured offer button. This is for an Item where I am the only seller.
