This happened with almost all our listings (100s) on the night of 28 May. We've been here 17 years and have the Featured Offer (Buy Box) for a minimum of 50% of our offers to over 70%, depending on the day. We're at 4% now! We've had 1 sale since this happened on the 28th. This glitch needs to be fixed or it will drive us out of business. Mods please help!

I put my account on vacation for a few days last weekend and came back to my dashboard showing NO also. Before I left, I had YES as Featured Offer Eligible on almost my whole inventory. I opened 2 cases in the past few days and seller support says "I understand you are asking about winning the featured offer" (NO) and the next one says "we recognize your concern regarding the Buy Box" (NO). No one UNDERSTANDS, when I say "Featured offer ELIGIBLE "COLUMN" on Manage Inventory page was changed to NO on all of my inventory, after I came back from a very short vacation. This previously had said YES on all my inventory, and needs changed back to be ELIGIBLE. My account health is perfect. Can I tag on here with the same problem? Thanks!

This happened to me a few months ago. I kept calling support and most of them did not understand I wasn't just talking about one listing. What worked was simply calling until someone sent a report to the "internal team". My inventory went back to normal for a few days, then went back to ineligible. Kept calling until I got another person to send a report to the internal team and then it was fixed the next day.
