Can I offer a discount to customers for leaving feedback?

Am I allowed to offer a discount on future orders for customers who leave us feedback? or would this be against Amazon guidelines?

If I am able to offer a discount on future amazon orders for leaving feedback, can I offer the discounts on future orders via our website instead?

No discount allowed for feedback, and not allowed to direct customers to your own website instead.
