Is the Call back function not working on Amazon?
Hi Everyone,
I have had a very frustrating 3 months trying to set up on Amazon and still continuing!! Its so frustrating! And now, I paid to ensure I have the option to request a call and for the past 4 days it is just ‘not available’ - is anyone else having this issue? I then open up a case to let them know my issue, and all communication gets ignored? I’m this close to packing in even trying to sell on Amazon. I have customers waiting to purchase my products and I have merchandise sitting in Bali losing me money daily! I’m infuriated! I just want to know if anyone else is having/had these issues? I just don’t know what to do…

Funny you should mention that! The Account verification went on for over 2 months! I got an email saying all was fine, I have been able to create my listings etc. I now need help with creating a shipment to FBA warehouse and cannot get hold of anyone as the shipment process is not working correctly it would seem! I had a panic attack yesterday because this has been such a stressful process and I just do not know what to do. I am a wreck!

Hi - Thank you. I have been researching other possible platforms/e-commerce sites. I am just sick to my stomach how much wasted time, energy and money I have already put in. I just don’t get why it is sooo hard?! Do you think it’s still the best customer reach platform and is not going through FBA any easier and worthwhile or am I still going to have these issues?
