Hello Amazon Citizens,
I am selling Adult products on Amazon. Few days ago my account has deactivated due to selling 'Half Body Sex-Doll' which violates restricted product policy. Boys, we cannot list Products that replicate human body parts or organs and I just knew this after having deactivation notice. Customer service told me to make a Plan of Actions and submit
Can someone help me to improve this and add some points :/

Dear Seller Performance Team,
Thank you for your opportunity to appeal this kind of deactivations done by the seller community. My seller account is deactivated due to Listing
What went wrong here
I have not read the 'Restricted Products' page properly and listed some adult half body sex dolls which replicates human body parts and that was the reason for this violation. I had gone through the Amazon Adult products and Explicit sexual imagery guidelines thoroughly and not went through the 'Restricted Products' page.
Plan of Actions
1. Root cause
• Listed restricted products (Sex toys that replicate human body parts)
• Incorrectly categorizing products
• Product description did not follow some policies and best practices
2. Corrective actions
• Deleted the products that violated policies on the deactivation email immediately and deleted similar products that violates this policy
• Stop having sales for the specific products type
• Read 'Restricted Products' page thoroughly
• Studied 'Product Details Policies' page thoroughly
• Having assistance and guidance from customer support agents Saraan and Shik to prevent this type of issues in the future
• Since I sell other Amazon market places, I referred policies and guidance on each market place
• Spoken with other sellers and Watched 'Restricted Products' video on the Seller University to stop having deactivations
3. Preventive actions
• I will not list and sell any products that replicate human body parts or organs in the future
• Future product descriptions will follow guidelines and regulated local laws that are listed on the 'Product Description Policy' page
