About to completely lose the plot!
Been trying for two days to link my Shopify account to my new Amazon Seller account… My products are shown as active on my seller account but are ‘currently unavailable’ on the site itself…

I am losing the plot also. How the heck do you sell any items on Amazon without having to wait for their approval. Its been a week and still waiting for it to be sorted, and others tell me it could be months. Used to sell a few years ago and there was not this messing around. Your best bet is to contact Amazon directly, and see if they can help. I am thinking of closing my account… All this messing around just to sell a few items… What a joke…

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with linking your Amazon Seller Account and Shopify store. Were you using any third party ecommerce software for the import or did you just handle everything yourself?
Also, check the Shopify help pages related to creating a connection with Amazon as they include a lot of information and options for you to contact them. Since your Amazon listings are active, the issue could as well be on Shopify’s side or their settings so the regular Amazon Seller Support may not be able to provide you any assistance on the subject.

You can assume that app has been authorised.
