account health affecting buy box
hi i was wondering could somebody please help, my account health went under 200 over the weekend and went into at risk of de activation since then i have fixed it and my account is back over 200 at 380 but my sales have hit rock bottom from 70 units a day to 3/4 now i am matching the buy box on 90% of my listings but i am not getting the buy box, from re search poor account health affects you getting the buy box but i have fixed my account health so im confused why it hasn't recovered im really worried, i was wondering if anybody else had this problem in the past and if so how long did it take to recover?

Hi, did you manage to get anywhere with this, I'm in a similar position but already have a very good health rating so nothing to really improve, just not getting the buy box on over 60 products?

Looking at the forums - not having the buy box (even if you are the only seller) appears to be a widespread issue for those who have an FBA offering.
Amazon haven't yet advised if there is a known issue as far as I'm aware...
