Scam Customer not returning a Refunded Item
I got a return request and it was resolved as the customer agreed to receive a partial refund of $200. You can see the history of our conversation. The customer agreed to readjust the $200 amount on our next two orders.
So, I closed this refund request selecting the option of "partial refund issued". But after a few days Amazon refunded the order. I want Amazon support to resolve this refund issue keeping in view of the message history of the customer. This customer turns out to be a scammer as she changed her stance with each move.
She told that this refund is done by Amazon from their account not from seller's account. So she has the right to keep the refund and the item as well. She is an expert scammer, she provided a bad review and started blackmailing. She asked us to send two more items worth $1500 at half the price which she will pay after receiving the items and also remove the bad review. I shipped the other two items with UPS tracking# 1ZW074F30417705281 . But soon I realized that she is scamming on the first item as well. She got a refund from Amazon and waited for the 2 more items to arrive. I put the two high priced products on hold in UK and asked her to pay for all 3 items on Amazon. She not only refused to pay but also complain Amazon about our shop in disappointment. We want Amazon to create a return shipping label to our USA address.
We want our item back and want Amazon to create return shipping label. Can we also report her scam behavior to local police so that they may take action against her. Or make a record to address her future retail fraud and scams. We also want to take social action against her so that others may be saved from her scam orders online.
We are disappointed with the AI response we are receiving on such a vital issue where a customer is openly abusing the Amazon eco-system. Case ID 13790728251
Thank you for your precious advice on this issue,

OH, this is not how Amazon works. You don't deal with a customer by offering $ off a future order. If they are unhappy, they can return the item and you will issue a refund. Then they can order something else.

Hello @Seller_o1yozkBItHcdv,
Thank you for your post here. It sounds as if you are a MFN or seller fulfilled order but please do confirm. There might be an opportunity to escalate this but can you please also confirm you have filed a SAFE-T claim, as I'm not seeing anything has ever been filed based on the case you provided. To file a claim, please follow the steps here to file a reimbursement (SAFE-T) claim. Additionally, if you do suspect fraud and the buyer is violating returns and refund policies, please ensue you Report Abuse in Seller Central via navigating to Performance > Account Health.
Kindest regards,
