Return Scam - Customer switched the item!
Hello,
Package was delivered successfully. Customer said "wrong item sent." They kept the extremely rare and valuable funko, and sent me a different funko of much less value back. There are so many reasons why this is a "switcharoo" scam. If UPS gave them a different package the chances of it being a funko is very slim. There have been many changes on amazon. What steps should I take to report this? NOT FBA - Seller Fullfilled

My best recommendation is to file a Safe-T claim for this order. Check out this thread from my colleague KJ which covers best practices when it comes to requesting a claim. Additionally the top reply, marked as "Most Helpful" includes a template you can use to submit the claim. Remember, the more specific your information and proof, the better.
