Restricted Product Department are not properly addressing appeals

We have a listing tagged with an EPA restriction for pesticide devices. We already provided the EPA certificate and Establishment number; however, the RP team is not doing anything to resolve the issue and keeps asking for the same documentation and forwarding our case to an unrelated department, which is frustrating.

@Sarah_AmznCan you help us escalate this matter? The other variant of the listing has been reinstated See Case ID 17523960061; however, this one is still being mishandled by the restricted product team. See case ID 17523705991.
