video call Internal Error

Hello, Can someone help me with a link that I can use do do a video interview?

I'm trying to join a video call during working hours using the link Amazon sent me, but it keeps giving me an internal error.

I have attached all the documents Amazon asked for on July 23rd and since then I have been trying to do the interview with no success on phone call, emails and chat with Amazon
