Can someone please help. I have been trying to reach out Amazon since one week but don’t get any help apart from repeated emails where I have sent my action plan. My seller fullfiled orders got deactivated due to high rate of order defect rate. Hermes has lost a lot of my parcels so therefore my few of my customers didn’t receive the parcel in time and they didn’t want a replacement either where they have opened A-Z claim, one customer got refund plus the item as well . I really need help as I been sending messages everywhere in Amazon but I don’t think any human representatives are viewing the email or read them .
If my seller fullfiled orders gets deactivated can I apply for FBA?
