Hi…All
We got SFP order and within hour we print the from royamail tracked 24 label and received from royalmail same day but they did not scan all tracked parcel (as usual ) than after one week we received mail from Amazon please submit plan of action for SFP because your your on-time shipment rate was 97.1%.
I check the order i ship same day for next day delivery and than after royalmail scan parcel after 2 days from another depot (which is not my local depot) and next day delivered.
But it is put me in trouble and i got my SFP badge at risk and they ask to submit Plan of action.
They ask me below question so please help me fill out below question.
In order to avoid losing your eligibility, you need to submit a Plan of Action that explains:
Why your Seller Fulfilled Prime on-time shipment rate has fallen below the 99% level?
What actions are you taking to remedy the situation?
What measures you are putting in place to avoid the reoccurrence of this problem?
What is the time frame for the implementation of this POA?"
Please help for POA.
Thanking you.

It looks as if it is your shipment rate and not the delivery rate that is the issue. Did you add the tracking as soon as you sent the item? If you did or if it was done automatically through buy shipping on Amazon, then you need to reply telling them that you shipped on time and prove that the tracking was added.
You also need to contact your Royal Mail account manager and find out why your mail is not being scanned on time. This whole situation is a major issue for SFP and the only way to resolve it is to be able to prove that you shipped on time and it is not your fault that Royal Mail did not deliver on time.
Royal Mail is a nightmare with this but you need to contact your Royal Mail manager asap about the problem of your mail not being scanned in, they are supposed to scan the manifest on collection or when you drop it off at their sorting office. Getting them to do this can be difficult but if they are not doing this then you may have to stand there and insist the manifest is scanned. We had to do this to start with as we were having the same problems of them not delivering or scanning on time. That first scan is really important as it proves your on time shipping. Then you can go back to Amazon with proof that you did ship on time, this protects you, Amazon requires the shipping to be with Royal Mail so if they are not delivering Amazon SFP on time then you need to let your Royal Mail Manager know and kick up a fuss about the late deliveries and the late scanning in of your mail.
Then go back to Amazon and prove that you did ship on time if you have that first manifest scan. That starts the items through the process and they should then be individually scanned at the shipping depot in the hours following the first manifest scan. If you don’t have that then tell them you have contacted Royal Mail about the problem of them scanning the items late and you will make sure in future that all your manifest is scanned as soon as it is collected or dropped off whichever process you use.
Do Royal Mail collect from you or do you drop it off at their sorting office? This is important as it is that point where the problems are arising with the first scan?
