Safety Investigations and Recalls
Hi. Some of my ASINs’ detail pages have been removed by Amazon due to ongoing safety investigations. But soon reinstated since I have declared all safety docs very promptly. What I wonder is if there is a way to declare all safety docs in advance for entire ASINs to avoid the removal of other ASINs detail pages in the future? Cause such removals are badly and seriously affecting my sales performance. Thanks

Could you please help us to mention that what kind of docs have you provided in regards of product safety issue? As just couple of days ago, our account health has been flagged with product safety issues on two different products.
But we have not yet appealed because we have no idea that what docs to provide? and what to write in appeal ? although one of them, we have just listed but have not yet been sold. These two different products relates to DIY and gardening categories.

They have asked me to provide EC Declaration of Conformity for some sort of products that I am currently selling as well as genuine product images showing CE marking, importer contact information etc. Hope that helps. Regards
