Lot Codes and Best by Date Stickers

Hi, We are a small protein powder supplement company. Our current packaging uses a matte finish and we cannot print lot codes and best by dates directly on the material. We plan to change our packaging but in the meantime (until we run out of our current material) can we sticker individual products with the lot code and best by date?
