Forum AI bot gone mad and holiday settings email
Just tried copying an email from Amazon to ask seller opinion on the inaccurate information within it and the forum bot keeps telling me I am not allowed to post a url in forums that is not for amazon
Only trouble is - THERE WAS NO URL - so why did it keep insisting there was?
Basically the email was telling me I needed to update status of holiday settings to 'Inactive' to sell on marketplaces I was not currently listed on in order to sell on them.
Isnt that the wrong way round - you make status of marketplaces you want to sell on as 'Active' and mark 'Inactive' to go on holiday??
I only want to sell on the UK marketplace anyway. Brexit and then EPR Regulations have basically nailed coffin shut on me selling to other EU marketplaces.

Were there any hyperlinks in the email? As it will sometimes pick those up when you paste in. I think email addresses may also pick up that warning.
It sounds like what they are saying is if you have holiday settings on - they you need to deactivate that in order to sell, though yes, its a confusing and convoluted way of advising what you actually need to do - and on the face of it, its incorrect.

@Seller_tRuvBEHDedp4q, jokes aside though, I want to flag this to our team, can you share screenshots of this bug? Or perhaps the email that was shared to you so I can try replicating the issue.
