How to turn off liquidations?

Hi,

I just noticed an automated removal order for one of our items, and it was marked as “liquidate”! I’ve never turned tihs option on. Where can I find the settings to check this? I would rather returned items are returned to us, so we can QA them and see if they are still sellable (lots of people just return stuff because they change their mind , and the product is still not even out of its box )
