Am I using a professional seller account?
here are two photos of my page and im just wondering…did i REGISTER for a professional seller account or no? and if i did, was i able to cancel it? because im also bothered on why i have -£15.00 in my balance when i haven’t even done anything yet. all i did was sign up.

Yes you did register for the Professional account - and yes you have successfully downgraded to Individual (but not effective until your next billing date).
IF you didn’t sell anything at all whilst you were registered as a Pro account then you can politely ask Amazon for a refund of the £15 - however even 1 sale in this time means you wont get a refund.

here’s an update now, i think i managed to downgrade because my balance is now £0.00
so does this mean amazon didn’t take money out of my account?
