So my VTR has dropped to 88%
Every single item has tracking number upon it so surely the acceptance of my bag at the Post Office is its first point of contact with the provider?

Seller Support of course can only provide a cut and paste response because they probably have no idea who Royal Mail is.
Getting really fed up and tired of Amazon lately and seriously considering closing up its just not enjoyable.
How are you actually shipping? What is the actually postage option you are using from Royal Mail.
Because if its 2nd Class or Royal Mail 48 - they only have a delivery doorstop scan. You are lucky if you get 80% VTR with Royal Mail 48 because Royal Mail don't scan all parcels on the doorstop.
The thing is - amazon used to state that they'd validate those unscanned parcels. They may still do so, but they don't state it in the VTR policy anymore.
If you want something proactive to get your VTR above the required line - either move to Buy Shipping or use Royal Mail Tracked 24/48
On the 25th Feb Amazon decided that if you purchase stamps 2nd class or RM48 they will no longer validate them for your VTR, i swapped everything over to T48
Its not just Royal Mail, I use Yodel and all my orders have invalid tracking numbers, even though they dont.
Whats worse is that because they arent recognised by Amazon hen Amazon are telling customers the parcel is lost, even though on most occassions they have been delivered.
@Ezra_Amazoncan you help, no response off Amazon since 08/03
