Our latest Appeal we thought was fairly comprehensive but I included it here below hoping that you would be able to give some feedback what might not be right. Your help with this is greatly appreciated:

_Additional information _
_Dear Evaluation Team, _

Amazon reached out to us so we can correct a bullet point on our product detail page regarding ASIN B078SBJ2V3.

Root Causes:
_(1) We used All Caps in our bullet points for this ASIN. _
(2) We have used HTML codes in the product description for this ASIN
_(3) We had mentioned free add-on features for this product in the listing _

In order to resolve: (fixes)
(1) We have changed our bullet points so the capital letters are the first letter of each word instead of All Caps.
(2) We have also removed all the HTML codes from our product description as well
_(3) We have removed any mention of free additional features, or alternative offers from our bullet points and description. _

_Preventative: _
_We’ve reviewed Amazon’s Product Detail Page Rules, and understand that the following are not allowed in product detail pages, titles, descriptions, bullet points, or images: _
(1) Pornographic, obscene, or offensive content.
(2) Phone numbers, addresses, e-mail addresses, or website URLs.
(3) Details of availability, price, or condition.
(4) Use Capital Letters only for the beginning of each word. Do not use all Capital Letters throughout the attribute. This applies to Product Title, Bullet Points, and/or Product Description.
(5) Links to other websites for placing orders, or alternative shipping offers, such as free shipping.
(6) Spoilers on Books, Music, and Video or DVD (BMVD) listings. This includes giving away plot details crucial to the suspense or surprise ending of a story.
(7) Reviews, quotes, or testimonials.
(8) Requests for positive customer reviews.
(9) Adverts, promotional material, or watermarks on images, photos, or videos.
(10) Time-sensitive information, such as dates of tours, seminars, or lectures.

_I’m attaching a PDF of the changes we made to this listing — the first two pages are the details for the original listing, and the second two pages are the updates and changes we made to comply with Amazon’s policies. _

We hope you can consider the information and note that the issues associated with ASIN B078SBJ2V3 have been resolved accordingly.

Kind regards,

Any feedback is greatly appreacited, thank you.

I suppose the first thing that springs to mind is whether you have other listings that are in violation?

We only have one other listing that is inactive as its out of stock. Its a brand new listing that we never sold and we are currently waiting for inventory to arrive for it. We dont even have any bullets or descriptions written yet for this other listing.

Hello @UC_Products,

As per the information provided I understand that you recommendation as to how you can write an effective action plan and also want us to check the current appeal which you have provided to share valuable inputs.

I would recommend you to check if the original bullet points are showing or some other bullet point is updated? If yes kindly share the details of those. If not, then kindly update them to what it was earlier. Kindly ensure whatever changes which you have made should be removed.

Here you are stating you have read the policies, but you have to share the steps which you are taking proactively to prevent the same mistake from happening in the near future. Share the process which is going at your end to prevent these mistakes.

Make sure you implement the changes before providing the Plan of action.

Good Luck,
Dhoni

Thank you for your fast response anglozone.

Yes, that’s the bullet point we have already updated and we removed that bit. This was the first thing we removed from our listing but even after that when we submitted the appeal we got rejected.

Its quite likely that on amazon.de its still pulling our old bullet points, but im not sure where to update that. We have changed the bullets and description in our UK dashboard already.

Do you think they rejected our Appeal and keep our listing suspended, because our international listings havent been updated? Wouldnt they then suspend all of our listings in other countries as well not just in the UK?
