Bit the bullet ! gone totally buy shipping - help with labels
Hi guys,
So, we have decided to just go buy shipping for the sake of so many headaches!
However, when we bulk buy, input all the measurements etc… Then click to print, the come out the 4x6 label printer sideways … I have changed the settings but they only come out portrait when I print them ONE AT A TIME ! Which obviously is not ideal …
Can anyone help please if you have had this problem ?

First off with your post is the majority letters or are they in a minority.
Its really only letters which have to go through buy shipping as click and drop confirms for everything else.
If letters are your majority then looking at the forums your in trouble as this has been reported numerous times and no solution found.
We only ship a limited amount via letter but its more than 5% so have decided to improve the customers experience by charging them 50p more on a £2 item to cover it going as a large letter. Still wont allow them to track it until its delivered but it helps amazon feel better.

Here’s one I created a while back.
Best solution for letters so far, is to purchase in bulk, stop the label printer from printing. Then use the downloaded zip file to individually print the labels off. This requires a few tweaks when printing from your PC, but all fairly straightforward to get a good 6x4 label.
