Urgent: Graduation Products Showing "In Stock" But Not Shipping

My graduation season products are at risk of missing their critical sales window. Despite the product page showing "In Stock" and multiple customer orders being placed, no shipments have been processed.These products have arrived at PCS2 on April 20 (FBA Shipment ID: FBA18VMXJ661).
Could you please help:
Verify why orders aren't shipping despite inventory showing available?
Expedite resolution before we lose this seasonal opportunity?

The products arrived six days ago. Are you sure they are showing "Available" in your "Manage Inventory"? That would really be a record speed for Amazon! As long as it says "Reserved" the products can be bought. But they will be sent only if they show up as "Available".
The receiving and check in process is fully automated and no human can intervene.
