Anybody else use Veeqo how did you find it as a Seller Fulfilled Prime user?
We have been looking into using a system to streamline the process.
Looking at price verses features Veeqo seems on the face of it a top contender but the time and costs involved in this we need to get it right, with that in mind does anybody use Veeqo and how have you found it, did it speed up the process or just create another layer of paperwork?

We use tradebox. It does pretty much what veeqo does but it also integrates with sage. This means all the orders are processed through there and also we can download all the fees straight to sage too.

Do not, under any circumstances go with Veeqo.
They promise you the world and don’t deliver. We had 3 months with Veeqo after being promised 1:1 training (never happened) and had no idea how to use the features. You have an issue, you have to email in and wait for someone to get back to you to book an appointment to fix your issue. (Can take 2-3 days)
Staff don’t seem to know what the other department is saying, mixed messages and god knows what.
Cancelled our sub with them and went to Cloud Commerce Pro. Not even been switched on with it yet, but they’ve already done the bulk of the work for us, going live on Thursday and already had a massively better experience with them than Veeqo.

Veeqo is principally a good system however when there is an issue, it all goes wrong. A bit like Amazon to be honest.
I’ve had Amazon blaming Veeqo and Veeqo blaming Amazon. No-one ever takes any responsibility any more

We use Veeqo, although we don’t do SFP (just FBA) and it works just fine for all our needs. The support team are really helpful and solve problems very quickly, and a plus for us - they have a live chat, which I prefer compared to phoning up or emailing!
