returns with used goods
Hi. I got negative reviews because Amazon accepts returns of used goods and resells them as new.
Please tell me how to avoid this in the future? Please tell me step by step how to set up an address in the seller's center to which Amazon will redirect the return?

If the Order is a FBA order as per the policy, "A return is an item a customer sends back to a fulfillment center. We evaluate the condition of each returned item. If we determine that the item is sellable, we return it to your inventory".
If you want to enter an address for your return, that will be for seller fulfill orders.
