UK account activation problem

Hello,

I have my main account in the US registered under an LLC. I’m trying to activate my UK account and after several applications in which I submitted documents I received this message:
“Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement.” I read section 3 and it’s pretty nasty and I don’t this that is the case for my account.

Did you had a similar experience?? How did you solved it and activated the account??

Section 3 covers a multitude of things, including just failing verification. As per above, what did Amazon actually say? What business type did you register as?

When you say several applications, do you mean several attempts to get one single account verified, or did you give up on one and try to open another?

Section 3 will cover trying to open a new account with a partially open or failed verification account
