Evri Bulk Integration Tool
As many sellers will have done, we recently moved our shipments away from Royal Mail, due to strike action backologs, over to Evri.
Using their Bulk integration tool to import our Amazon sales directly onto their website for processing and label creation. Unfortunately, every single label has Etsy written in the top left corner and their emails to customers state that it is an Etsy Order arriving - has anybody else had this issue and managed to resolve it?
We use different PC’s for the task, so it is not a cache issue on a particular machine/browser. Have tried different browsers and tried creating a new account to start from fresh, but the problem persists.
If we manually create the order (not viable for all our orders), the Etsy issue is not there and all is fine
Happy with the Evri delivery service so far, not happy with the image they present of us to the customer with this Etsy thing.

Not that I’m familiar with this particular tool, but from everything your saying, it can only be something that is on Evri’s side.
Do you perhaps use the tool for Etsy as well?
But in any case, there must be something in the settings that says to use this.

I have just moved to using the Evri bulk integration tool also and I have the same issue.
Did you ever find a way to remove the Etsy reference?

Also, we use the product reference on the labels when packing the orders but using the bulk transfer it adds a random number - do you know of a way for it to add a specified refence based on what they’ve ordered?
