Customer claims order not received, tracking says otherwise
Hi all. I had an order, on the 16th October, posted on the 17th and delivered on the 18th by royal mail. Customer has said he has not received it, and asked neighbours to see if it is there. What have you done in these circumstances. I did everything right. Customer is upset cos he is out of pocket, if I refund then I am out of pocket

I had the same a few weeks ago,
recorded delivery,showed as delivered the next day,gps location map showed delivered in correct spot,but buyer was adamant they hadn’t received it,
if you ring royalmail they will contact the manager of the delivery depot involved to have it looked into
