Having issues with Advertising

Hi

I have been selling on Amazon UK for a number of months, when I first created the listings I was able to advertise a listing and see product metrics. However I had to recreate the listing and since then whenever I launch a campaign it says its delivering but ‘nothing’. I cannot see the metrics update??

Any thoughts?

  • It’s possible to have ads stop delivering without Amazon notifying the seller or otherwise making it apparent in any place where seller might reasonably discern.
  • If you notice a campaign not getting impressions for some reason, but still shows as delivering, first check to see if your bids are too low, increase the bids slowly if they are not even getting impressions.
  • Next check the product page and the product edit page, you can get clues on what the problem is. You should also open a Support Ticket and be persistent till you can find an answer that solves the issue.
