Asking All sellers how much would you rate amazon seller support ? 0 is 0 and 5 is the highest rating.
If I'm allowed decimals, 1.5.
That said, if I ever needed help with instruction on basic things about how the site functions, I imagine it would be higher.
Haha, is this you conducting your own seller poll ??!
I think most people would say 0-1. I had cause to contact them just last week as trying to download some reports for tax return and was given completely wrong info - they told me " Amazon Services retains reports for just the last 90 days" and "Even if they appear there, they can't be downloaded." - which is absolute rubbish.
I don't even bother contacting them anymore
It seems worse now than it ever has unfortunately, i'd have to say 1. It comes to something when most sellers on the forum know more about how Amazon works than seller support.
Does Amazon have a seller support ? News to me lol
Even chatgpt 1.0 can solve the problem, but seller support cannot solve the problem. they only redirect and redirect the case, and when you go to them for an answer, they paste the template answer, even in one of my cases, they threw the draft itself as an answer because they were too lazy to edit the ready draft answer.
Are minus numbers allowed?
I'd say minus 5
Amazon do not even take notice of their own surveys btw - I am sure they get 1 out of 5 most times
I was able to get better answers from Mr Blobby!

I can't recall a single time they actually solved anything for me. They just gave me useless or incorrect information or they misunderstood the question. Whenever I did manage to sort something out, it was mostly thanks to the forum.
