Using UPS pallet services
Just a fairly simple question.
Do they provide a tail lift for loading pallets when collecting, or do you have to have the ability to load directly to the lorry?
Use Palletline at the moment, which works very well. But with the discounted rates they are offering, it seems silly to miss out.
I’ve literally just been quoted £140 for a full truck load! That’s a crazy price.

Once booked through amazon it then passes to UPS and you can coordinate with them, mostly we get the local palletforce company do the collections though for larger loads we can get UPS lorries so always worth contacting UPS beforehand.
Good thing is they have real people who you can talk to and actually know what a pallet and a forklift is… you know you have spent too much time with Amazon when this comes as a shock
Multiple pallets to same destination sees best discounts, not had any free single ones for a while now, suspect the discounts fade over time so enjoy while they last.

When we have used them previously they did not, but might be worth checking with them!
