Unexpected fee
was charged this today ? Anybody know what it’s for - I signed up for individual seller account only

Hopefully you realise that the Individual seller account is ONLY for selling off your own personal second-hand items (such as books, DVDs, CDs et) and NOT for selling new goods - it is not the same as sole-trader. Also, where are you based as your screen shot shows $, not £.
