Unable to Submit a reconciliation request for an Amazon FBA shipment

I have sent 3 boxes of an item totalling 30PCS, However my shipment was meant to sent in multiple locations and now 19 of them are identified as different item which is actually an identical listing of same item.
Now the problem is that i have sent item to FBA in OCT 2023 and still it shows disperancy in my shipment tab while i have contacted Seller Support and they could not resolve my issue. And my Items are not available anywhere in inventory.
Now they have asked to me Reconcile the inventory which i have tried my best and could not figure out as im trying it does not provide any option in Contents tab that what action to be taken

Note: these items were packed in manufacture box and wont need any prep and also 11 units were sold and only rest of 19 created a problem.
Im helpless in this situation as my inventory is stuck for more than 4 months now and being a small business its messing up my finances.

sorry but you wont be able to reconcile this and raise a discrepancy. Amazon says, they have completed their review and confirmed that missing items were never delivered to amazon.
This has been very much normal since long and causing serious loss for small sellers like me and you.
Anyways, you can try giving them purchase invoices with quantity matching with the shipment. And I understand this was sent through amazon carrier partner UPS and if not please provide them proof of delivery.
Having said that, there are very remote chances that, they will acknowledge your submission and react on it. They rather will close the case with standard template answers.
You also can try to see the movement of your sent SKUs in inventory ledger report to track the movement of your items.
