Read onlyDear Sir
I don't know why my Amazon account hasn't been opened
I want you to tell me why you haven't opened it.
I don't sell fake products, I stated this in the documents I sent you. I want to get my money, you've caused me a lot of trouble with the sanctions you've implemented, I'm having a hard time financially. I've been selling for 2 years and I've always sold clean products.
I'm requesting a video call from you.
Post your original deactivation notice. If you were deactivated for authenticity and you cannot prove otherwise, you will not get your account reactivated or received any funds.
"I'm requesting a video call from you."
This is a FORUM and not Amazon as such. Only other sellers are here with the occasional MOD stopping in so you are talking to the wind currently.
Do as @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9has asked and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.
Hello @Seller_wwnGWWes8NsFe,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account being deactivated.

As mentioned by both @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9, and @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp, please post your original and full deactivation notice from seller central. We in this space, myself included have very limited if no visibility into your account, or policy violations impacting you. We can only offer guidance from the information you provide here. If you also have any cases associated to the situation I would ask that you provide them as well.
It would seem from this information that you had received some type of authenticity concern, after selling for 2 years I can see where this would be very concerning. You mentioned having documentation to validate your inventory. Did you have invoices that met our responsible sourcing requirements? Do you have receipts, order confirmations or invoices? Traditionally receipts and order confirmations have a lack of information to confirm the full supply chain of a product and may raise concerns with being acceptable. Can you further clarify your documentation?
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
